I live here in Burley Ridge and work in education technology, focusing on data engineering and process automation. I also enjoy software development — and finding practical ways technology can make everyday life easier.

I started Ridge Tech because I wanted to put that experience to use for the people around me. Maybe you’re curious about AI, frustrated with your computer, unsure about a suspicious text, or running a small business with a task that takes more time than it should. I’m happy to help you figure it out.

You don’t need to know the right technical terms or apologize for asking a basic question. Just tell me what you’re trying to do and where you’re getting stuck.

We’ll start with your question. Sometimes a quick explanation or a guide will do the trick. If it needs more attention, we can work out a time to walk through it together. My goal is to help you understand what we’re doing and feel more comfortable handling it next time.

I offer my time for free, around my regular job and family life — usually evenings and weekends. If something is outside my experience or needs more time than I can give, I’ll let you know.
